These Terms of Service apply to the ordering, purchase and delivery of Products and services on https://www.alphabeam.in. Products purchased through the Webpage are sold and distributed by AlphaBeam Private Limited (“AlphaBeam” or “Seller”). This Webpage is managed and operated by AlphaBeam and all responsibilities and liabilities in respect to operating this Webpage is on AlphaBeam only.
The Products on the Webpage are only available for purchase in India.
Please note that when you access and use the Webpage for a purchase transaction, your information will be collected and stored in accordance with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy provided by AlphaBeam.
You can place an order for the Products by following the instructions on the Webpage. We will email you an order confirmation after we have received your Order (“Order Confirmation”). An Order Confirmation or processing of your Order does not constitute acceptance of your Order. All Orders are subject to our acceptance.
We reserve the right to decline, reject or limit your order if:
If we decline or cancel your order after payment, the paid amount will be refunded.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Promotional prices cannot be clubbed with other offers. Prices, offers and availability may change without notice.
The total amount shown at checkout is payable. Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets or other enabled payment methods. AlphaBeam is not responsible for any charges levied by your bank or payment provider.
Refunds, where applicable, will be credited within three weeks of authorization. Cash on Delivery is not available.
EMI options are offered by banks or NBFCs at their discretion. AlphaBeam holds no responsibility for disputes between customers and financial institutions.
Orders will be fulfilled by AlphaBeam or its authorized partners. Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. Products shall be delivered within a maximum of six weeks.
Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately and noted on the delivery receipt.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed. AlphaBeam reserves the right to cancel orders due to fraud detection, incorrect information, bulk purchases or any other reasonable grounds.
Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Products may be inspected before repair, replacement or refund is approved.
All products are covered under manufacturer’s standard warranty.
AlphaBeam shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, profit or business.
Ownership of the product transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Risk of loss passes at the same time.
AlphaBeam processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and may share information with service providers for business operations and compliance.
AlphaBeam reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms are governed by Indian law and subject to Delhi Court jurisdiction only.
